My favorite things to cook
I love cooking so many things - it’s one of my passions! I really love making roasted chicken in both the traditional way, but also smoky and spicy versions. I love cooking veggies in every way. Soups are also a favorite, whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan. I’m working on perfecting my corn chowder recipe, so ask me about it!
Trying out new delicious recipes, while also keeping them as healthy as possible is important to me. I just started learning about fermenting, so watch out, there will be an abundance of sauerkraut very soon!
